ALF CEO, David Perrin, attended a trivia night in Adelaide on Friday 29th May, of which the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation were proud to be the beneficiary for the second consecutive year.
The quiz night was hosted by History SA, the South Australian Library & Information Network (SALIN) and the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). The theme for the quiz, which was held at Goodwood Community Centre, was “The History of Everything”. There were prizes up for grabs for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places, as well as best dressed table and best dressed individual.
In particular we wish to thank Marni Trevena of SALIN (pictured above left) and Lauren Gobbett of ALIA (right) for their leadership in organising the event.
We are very grateful for this continuing interest and support. This magnificent night will help support our efforts in improving Indigenous literacy and wellbeing in South Australia.
